- If you wish to upgrade or reinstall the Synway voice driver, take into consideration that the installation program will not uninstall the old driver version detected but replace it with the new one. NOTE: We recommend you to uninstall the driver before attempting to reinstall it. After the Uninstall process, go to the New Installation section.

We recommend a full backup of the SQL Databases is carried out before any upgrade work is attempted.
Only a Xarios Call Recorder trained Engineer should attempt an upgrade. If an upgrade is attempted by non-trained engineer and it fails for whatever reason then our standard charges would apply whilst we attempt to fix it.
